Useless asking them anything. Saying and doing is two completely different things. I'd just ask them why has a club they bought have a transfer ban through late payments.

All questions that need answering regardless of who asking them!
Although ,given their business profile, I wouldn’t trust their answers.

Best case scenario for me is that their backers, whomever they are, put in more coin where we are concerned because the rewards are far greater in the Prem.

Clutching at straws? Maybe. But there is a lot more in it for them if they make us a success as opposed to the likes of Vasco and Genoa.

Just because the general public doesn't know exactly what the price is, doesn't mean it isn't known.

777 have made it known that they do not want to repay the debts. R&M is on board seemingly, MSP is not.

The remaining compensation to Moshiri is apparently in large part based on performance, which is the part that you're missing. The payment is deferred.

Meaning, not much cash is changing hands at closing, just as they got a deal on Hertha Berlin.

It's not cheap, just the opposite. Moshiri held out for a price, 777 is willing to pay that price at a future date assuming everything goes to plan.

Meaning 777 is willing to pay more than most because Moshiri is effectively financing it for them. That is how they are purchasing it without having the cash to do so.

Moshiri desires 777 because he's getting a price he can't get elsewhere from groups with actual cash.

So 777 doesn't have to put up as much cash as they would in other deals. Moshiri gets his price. The debt likely goes nowhere.
So 777 are copying our transfer policies, where we pay over the odds as long as they wait for the money.

It is meant to be , especially with its recent revamp.
I suppose we shall see .
If these get past it , it will prove it’s still not fit for purpose.
Not sure you answered the question posed

They recently bought Genoa. How tough is the Italian fit and proper persons test compared to our recent revamp in the PL?

Given what we know and what we don't know about 777, my hope is that the PL test is harder than the Italian one and they don't / can't buy us. Or as Dougie said, bigger brown envelopes come into play

He gets plenty of stick but those are all very reasonable and important questions.
