A global network and experience in identifying and recruiting (not necessarily paying for) players and staff, that's got to be better than our existing scouting network.
- Data Analytics
Global reach and analytics capability (shared with all partners) with the experience and technology that goes with it.
- Commercial Development
May be putting words in their mouths here. But I read that as commercial leverage that comes as part of being a global corporation. Eg stadium, sponsorship and partnerships that can be leveraged based on the volume of business that can be driven via the group as opposed to one team.
Could be wrong but don't think the shared resource model being proposed is the issue here. Much more pertinent matters at hand.
