Problem is that with all the motivation in the world, its still far from certain that they'll be able to make a success of it, for a variety of reasons such of lack of expertise, lack of financial backing, infighting, bad luck etc. Moshiri/Usmanov had all the financial backing required but not the expertise and covid wasn't in their favour either. Whether 777 have the financial backing is very questionable, and whether they have the expertise is questionable also.
Yes, football club valuations will probably continue to rise, but so will the cost of maintaining them. The only way I see revenue for PL teams increasing significantly higher than currently is through (a) selling rights outside the UK in more countries than at the moment and (b) teams being allowed to sell their own individual viewing rights within the UK. But with the increased level of use of IPTV regardless of the efforts to shut them down, whether the increase in revenue will increase as expected is far from certain.
