I am not at all convinced this would be good for our club. Judging from comments/rumours/innuendo concerning their management of other clubs they have their fingers in, it not looking good.

This is a leveraged buyout by a company purely interested in profit. Nothing about them tells me they will be good for our club. They are a self promoting ponzi scheme.
Leveraged on what exactly? We don’t have the income streams to generate the value Moshiri supposedly wants that any financial institute would lend against.
Arguably they could sell the stadium in the not too distant but they got to pay for its completion first, even then the club is supposed £200m in hock to that other outfit that blocked MSP for that before it’s worth selling.

It's not their own money. They'll lend against whatever they can - including the ground and future income. Just like the Glazers but not as popular,

Fully leaveraged buyouts are now banned in the Premier League
They can leaverage up to 65% though so assuming Moshiri is selling for £500m they can leaverage £325m onto the club to cover the purchase cost. That's on top of our existing debts of circa £350m (R&M, MSP, Metro Bank) and the extra £200-£250m we need to finish the stadium.

We could end up with debts of circa £900m following the takeover and completion of the stadium. That's eye watering and we'd likley see ZERO benefit from Bramley Moore as a result. Any extra income would be spent servicing that debt. We might even be worse off if the interest rate we are paying is particularly bad...which by all accounts it currently is.

Not to be optimistic, but I wonder if the news of the impending football regulator wont cause a rich benefactor to come swooping in? One of the things they noted was the regulator would have authority to change the ownership tests(and thus rules for who can own the clubs). Since its a complete unknown, outside of guesses, as to what changes might be made, a wealthy individual with an eye on owning a premier league club might be persuaded to act now before any more regulations are put in place.
