In your opinion if 777 take over what do you think their strategy is gona be?

Overall 777 are a shell game, moving money around various business’s raised by dodgey means through a ropes insurance company already down graded and under massive scrutiny as to its viability and practices, the capital isn’t there to sustain and maintain.

Overall a leaveraged buy out up to 60%, charge high interest on loans and take management consultancy fees/divdents to the partners - in short taking money out of the club.

Long term asset appreciation, heap debt, sell payers, assets, take money out of the club to maintain themselves then sell it on and pocket.

Out there theory mate would be they could sell their football portfolio in one go - to a wealthy investor who wants to buy a “football group” but can’t be arsed doing it themselves.

The attraction of Everton is it offers them massive legitimacy and keeps the plates spinning of their shell game.

Massive Con Artists,

I don't agree personally...to do this to a Premier League club in front of the whole world would be a nightmare for them i think...

I might be naive to the whole thing though.

Keep in mind after what's happened with the Premier League they've got a taste of what's its like to wrong Everton Fc and its fans.

but look at the glazers mate and mike ashley etc

they don’t care. i think the PL will pass it as they hate is lol

but 777 offer nothing except more dodgy corrupt stuff they seem to do

Im really concerned that he didnt "give up on Everton", my concern is that he "ran out of funding", I mean the majority of his "money" came from a heavily sanctioned and extremely well watched certain fella with ties to Russia.

Ive gone on like a wet wipe, but I am honestly concerned what happens if 777 fails and just as concerned if it doesnt.
Moshiri's money was never his own money, in the purest of sense. He is a very rich man because of his dealings, but was he personally funding it all? Nope.

I remember speaking to @AndyC years ago when the funding for BMD was first being discussed, with the talk of LCC and Commonwealth Games and whatnot.

It was always going to be Usmanov who would indirectly fund the stadium; when that became too difficult, we were always going to be in a perilous position.

I have zero knowledge. But from afar it really seemed like he had a hissy fit that the MSP deal didn’t go through, and at the same time they’re going through the P&S stuff, and he just threw up his hands and sold to the highest bidder regardless of their suitability.

It’s not as if he had access to cash in May of 2023, and then didn’t in August. Doesn’t line up with current events.

it’s madness we need others to come in and 777 to be proven dodgy

how the hell can 777 pay moshiri and pay to run the club day to day transfers etc

He must be out of money, or money he’s willing to throw at a toy. Or money that isn’t somehow linked with to sources that are no longer welcome in the PL because they aren’t covered in oil. Think you are right there.

If he was in this for billionaire fun and vanity, why wouldn’t he ride it out a bit longer? He is ultimately responsible for all the current chaos and points deductions, but there is finally a feel good air about the place. The results are fantastic. He has a DoF in place that isn’t hell bent on wasting about 10% of his total wealth on some of the worst footballers the PL has ever seen, or one who hasn’t the bottle to tell him stop buying crap off his weird agent mate because he is using you and ripping you off. AND the massive shiny asset all the loans are hanging against is close to being functional, and he is largely responsible for it to be fair.

Seems like things are finally clicking in to place 7 years too late. I’d stay, make my sincere apologies for the chaos and enjoy it if I was an Iranian genuine moneybags. Suspect he isn’t if he is jumping ship 2 years before we win the World Cup.

I can see them selling off a couple of clubs to facilitate us...we're their golden goose.

To make any money on us I think they have to make us semi decent.

The MSP deal was scuppered by Rights & Media Funding.
