if i were moshiri i would be looking to pull out of the sale now

club pretty much guaranteed to avoid relegation despite a points deduction and new stadium ready in 2 seasons

i'd be trying to get more from a middle eastern billionaire

I am with you there but we do owe 777, £100 million I think.

That all depends on whether he has the ability to access the cash required to fund the club in the short term. The recent financing of the club strongly suggests no.

I do hope he’s not made it impossible for himself to look at other/better options by accepting their funding.

UK sports marketing “powerhouse” Redstrike has cut ties with the JV they set up with 777.

Multi-club model may have some advantages, but this looks more and more like an absolute disaster in the making. Amazing that the suitability tests are taking so long really given the murky funding and terrible reputation.

They got something like 60 business entities under their umbrella so it will take time to vet all these businesses.

The mood music is not good though considering what we’ve read in the press about these guys.

Personally I want Moshiri tip end the exclusivity agreement and start to talk to other prospective buyers with a realistic price but I can’t see that happening.

These guys either won’t get clearance or they do and the whole thing turns into a unmitigated disaster leaving back here in a year or two.

Truly depressing

Dont disagree, but the PIF lads must have way more than 60. (The Saudi good old guys)

So Russia are to be given clearance to play games by FIFA and UEFA? Does that mean we can get uncle Uz back then and back out of this sale? Absolutely corrupt football is, disgusting.
