If nothing changes, De Rouches will not be allowed to complete transfers during the next winter mercato, the committee decided. But such a momentum will not work, Standard assures.

In fairness considering we had an accountant for an owner plus other financial people we still managed to make an utter pigs ear of things so none were clearly up to the job/role of what was required in a football club.
