Apparently they have piggy backed on the existing R&MF agreement. I presume that means, in simple terms, that 777 have lent us the money via R&MF and therefore they have the same security. Although 777s security would be junior to R&MF so whilst it's secured, the R&MF debt would be settled first in the event of Administration.

Note sure, possibly. There are five outstanding charges to R&MF on Companies House. Some of which have land and property explicitly listed. Others have nothing listed which might suggest it relates to future income. Not sure.

It is on record at a recent board meeting that should 777 fail Moshiri would step back in to fund.

By going into administration Moshiri would get next to nothing whereas selling it as it is he can still pocket a few 100 million.
