We own the land, LCC own the facility and we pay them rent on a 40 year lease.
We own the Freehold title i.e. the land, just not the facility itself.
As far as i am aware anyway.
Reckon this deal was done weeks back. Will be announced after the transfer window shuts .... we all know why.

We don't need to officially part of the group to be able to do thatYep didn't want us getting any loans from other clubs under the 777 umbrella. It's all so painfully obvious it hurts.

I think its because the minute they're through the door we can use the same "previous regime" excuse that Chelsea are using, and the PL will let them off, but don't want to let us off, so theyre blocking the takeover untill theyve done us for psr.Why does the decision on their ownership have anything to do with the appeal?
The two issues are not connected at all. And why can't they deal with both at the same time?

Doesn't the price that 777 pay Moshiri depend on what the outcome of the appeal/points deduction? Why does the decision on their ownership have anything to do with the appeal?

I don't know, but that's not something for the PL to decide. It's a commercial decision between 777 and Moshiri.Doesn't the price that 777 pay Moshiri depend on what the outcome of the appeal/points deduction?
