Surely if its in the hands of the PL to allow for the sale, that if they wont grant it, they will be saying no?
Otherwise technically we could still be in this position in 3 years time waiting for the phone to ring.

Looking at the rules of the Owners test that’s pretty much what could happen: it’s on 777 to satisfy the PL requirements but there’s no real endpoint where the PL “fail” them. They just wait for their requirements to be satisfied.

Its not for the PL to say no.

Its up to Moshiri to say thats long enough.

Its a test you have to pass, its not something you ever fail.

Isn’t because once you reach a certain percentage of the club, you have to offer to buy the remaining shares? I’m sure I saw something like that.
