What if the 777 doesn't fall apart ?because if the 777 deal falls through the sellers will be desperate and lower the price.
Just like trying to buy a house that's gone sale agreed.
You can tell the estate agent that you'll offer X if the deal falls through.
The estate agent wont mention that to anyone because X is likely to be considerably less than the accepted offer.
All the while, the seller still has to pay the huge mortgage and all the leans they'd taken out on the house.
Except like me that you have enough alcohol...
i don’t drink mate lolExcept like me that you have enough alcohol...
Those ‘ funds ‘ you allude to were actually borrowed by 777 to lend to us in turn .I don’t like 777, but they’ve got the funds and have shown it by continuing to loan to cover ongoing needs. If they can keep us from administration it will be better than the alternative.
If they can rehabilitate the club’s business plan and do better with marketing and sponsorships, the new stadium will permit a slow but sustained regrowth.
Absent a sale to some miracle billionaire, this is the best we can hope for.
Anybody but FM is hope, if nothing else. And hope is a memory right now.
The cheques in the mail. Those ‘ funds ‘ you allude to were actually borrowed by 777 to lend to us in turn .
Which strongly implies that , no , they don’t have the funds .
In fact if they had the funds they would have been approved before Christmas , yet here we are past Easter and still no proof of funds.
Start then mate, it makes me all optomistici don’t drink mate lol

Yea, you could well be right. What if the 777 doesn't fall apart ?
If there are potential buyers who are waiting to scavenge what is left after the 777 deal collapses then I think we want them less than 777.
The PL have been dealing with 777 since September, if they didn't want them involved they could have binned them a long time ago.
I think this is a nearly done deal already.
No mate, it’s because they’re actually investableso tottenham can get new investors coz it’s london a lovely stadium and they’re a big club?
