The most likley scenario is probably going to be that 777 don't pay MSP by monday. MSP exercise their option for majority control. They stick around long enough to see the stadium finished then sell Everton on for a tidy profit on their original investment into the stadium/club.

OK I might be wrong but this doesn`t add up. Why would R&M reject MSP 25% stake as it values the club too low... If it was the stadium company surely they would have no say or jurisdiction whatsoever because all R&Ms charges are land belonging to EFC and not the stadium company.

Also why would MSP put board members in place of EFC for 25% of the stadium company?

Doesn`t add up...
