Her is a scenario...So would MSP then have to pay back the loans from 777 ??

Someone would still need to provide funds to meet the PL conditions thoughHer is a scenario...
MSP take the club because of the default on the loan then purchase more but not all shares from Moshiri and 777 are given shares for their loan. Turning the debt in to equity... similar to what 777 have at Sevilla, a minority holding.
and we all knew this was a none starter now here we are on financial oblivion
I’m not sure even the reaper is ready to be a blue.
Yes, because it's not secured against the stadium company. It's secured against Moshiri's shares in Blue Heaven.OK I might be wrong but this doesn`t add up. Why would R&M reject MSP 25% stake as it values the club too low... If it was the stadium company surely they would have no say or jurisdiction whatsoever because all R&Ms charges are land belonging to EFC and not the stadium company.
Also why would MSP put board members in place of EFC for 25% of the stadium company?
Doesn`t add up...
Presumably, unless they agreed to some scenario like the below:So would MSP then have to pay back the loans from 777 ??
That is an interesting take, for sure. Would allow MSP to still take operating control of the club without having to pay back 777, and 777 still gets a minority stake, when they're clearly never going to get the whole thing as it stands now.Her is a scenario...

quality work Matty.![]()
Have Iffs !!!
But I stand by what I said. Matty has promised so much and is yet to fulfil his commitments
That would be a good way to ensure they don’t get all their money backWhat happens if MSP say “tough”?
But 777 have far more invested and it’s unsecured. MSP have security, 777 don’t.That would be a good way to ensure they don’t get all their money back
Look back at his posts. He has promised loads. Love the lad, but he needs to be aware that people like me, remember his promises. I expect to see him in a quire outfit every Sunday... as promised![]()
