With our failing DoF publicly stating in the PL hearing that we have a new transfer strategy of “buying young and developing” how do people think this will go down with the gaffer??

Will the gaffer prefer more experienced heads to balance the ship, or will he be in sync with the club and happily accept younger legs for older heads.

With rumours of Josh Brownhill and Charlie Taylor as possible targets, has the gaffer won ownership of the team over Kev Thelwell??

Doesn’t buying young and developing, involve playing the young players, Dyche might fall at that hurdle. He might go after some more of his 30plus favourites from Burnley first.

Dyche wins. Like a true Alpha he'll pin Thelwell down and show him who is boss.

I don't think Dyche is against signing younger players, just maybe not those in their teens. Looking back at his Burnley buys a lot seem to be about 22-24 with some first team experience.

Pick up a few like Tarkowski and brings in some experience not as old as Young it wouldn't be so bad.

I'm not expecting silky footballers tho.
