He's an upgrade on Tom Davies.

Our central midfield will look something like this

Allan = ball winner, midfield general and all round boss snide.
Doucoure = box to box engine, pops up with a few goals
Gomes = Silky playmaker and dashingly handsome

On the bench Gblammo = unknown quantity, he'll either rock up and own the midfield or his legs will explode again after 30 minutes.

Alan Ball certainly was a winner my son.

Yeah and if he was £30m we wouldn't have signed him - that's my point; a relegated player is usually a punt.

Probably not. I would say tho that just because a team gets relegated doesn’t necessarily mean that particular player becomes more of a gamble as it’s usually their best players that get sold.
