Numbers do not back that up really. I've not watched closely enough to say for sure that it is just him being bad at it and not something tactical or whatever but I don't love it.

Out of all the candidates getting this guy would be my choice.

A midfielder who gets into the rival's penalty box more than once a year? Athletic, tough
and scores goals.

If the club had just lucked out on one of Iwobi, Gbamin, Gomes or Bernard then I would have preferred
a younger player but the reality is that our midfield is bad, really bad and we need a bloke who
can put on a shirt on day-one and deliver. And this fella can do that.

Can Allan or Rodriguez - maybe not.
