Hopefully its an exaggerated story like the Carlo Burglary but like that there is often no smoke without fire.

Sure if he was out for the season we’d have put a statement out by now wishing him well with him being such a key player.

Im sure he’ll be fine...

He’s one of those players though, complain about his passing and lack of decision making in the final 3rd as much as you want, you’ll miss him massively when he’s not covering every blade of grass, getting forward creating space for other players by dragging opponents away, closing down or covering at the back. He’s the only midfielder in the squad capable of performing all of those tasks for 90mins.

Think it depends as Carlo seems very secretive when it comes to which players are injured and which are fit enough to play.

With there being no press conference dont think we'll know until the teams released tomorrow as he wont want to give Chelsea enough time to prepare tactically for him being out.

It could legitimately be argued that he's worthy of shortlisting for our player of the season. Look at how bad our midfield was last year, and the qualities those midfielders lacked... Abdoulaye provides those exact qualities in enough volume for two players every game. Absolutely superb signing in my opinion, love this guy.

If you do the work of two men every game, which he does, then you are liable to make a few more mistakes, he will be a massive miss if he is injured, hope he’s okay.

If he's injured we need both Coleman and Davies as we need to go 5 at the back and have Davies and Allan in the midfield 2 with James or Sigurdsson in front of them.
