Woeful timing to pick up this injury - absolutely HAVE TO switch a midfield 3 now tho.

Probably our only midifielder who could do a decent job in a 2 where he alongside someone suitable for it.

If we put out a midfield 2 of Allan and Gomes against Newcastle they will batter us.

Davies, Delph and Doucoure out and Valdemort never to return it seams. We cannot rely on a 3 made up of any combo of Allan, Gomes, Onyango and Gbamin. Need resources urgently!

Its starting to become another sick note with Doucoure, by the time he is due back again he will have missed quite a lot of games this season.

Any of our under 23’s capable of playing some minutes? Would love to see a couple of them given some minutes ahead of our immobile first team options. If we can’t get any players in then we can’t rely on Gomes and co. to steer us to safety.

He really does play 2 game a season for us. For 80 grand a week.
