2022/23 Abdoulaye Doucouré

How anyone is of the opinion that Doucoure's suspension is a good thing is beyond my understanding.

One of our three best players since Dyche arrived along with Coleman and Tarkowski.

He'll be massively missed.
Agree, he’s been very important to the way Dyche wants to play and made a big improvement on the balance in that midfield. Has given us some threat from the centre of the pitch getting forward and supporting the striker. Don’t know if there’s anyone else that can give us that.

Wouldn’t put Iwobi back in centre midfield though, he’s sh1te and don’t think Dyche will put him in there. Be interested to see what Dyche does- wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to put Onana in the Doucoure role and slots in Davies or Garner. We’ll see.

Massively missed because of the lacking of attacking options we have in the squad...

If he hadnt of got sent off we might of been able to hold out for a point at United, doing Spurs a favour, i wonder if Kane has thought about that? Of course Doucoure was guility but it hasnt helped Spurs

It’s a significant factor in it but in his defence he has probably been the best player since Dyche came in.
But too stupid to stay on the pitch.

Lots of blame to go around at Everton - mainly upstairs, of course - but this fella doesn't get a reputation enhancement just because he abandoned his team-mates in our time of need.
