What manager was he playing for when he got injured for weeks and weeks and our form went out the window? Was it Silva? He came back and we started winning again. Can't remember. It amazes me how such an average standard footballer from a technical point of view can be so important to a team.
It’s the amount of pitch he covers. He might be average but he does average all over the pitch and it makes him important

You need something to work with and those three can out work most midfield. Combine it with a McNeil/Tarkowski set piece and dare I say it a DCL target and there's a foundation. Sadly we're running out of time.
 
This could be true, he should have been out there today, while ppl are moaning about Gray the real let down today is the man who can't play for childish reasons.
Yeah Gray is one of the last people I’d blame. It’s a combination of bad luck with injuries and incidents like the Doucore red card.
