For me his red card might be the single most impactful moment of the season. If we had done even one point better than 1/9, we’d be so much better off.

Definitely been the main miss with him out, his pressing since Dyche came in has been brilliant

Well his pressing caused a lot of trouble for Arsenal's backline, we've missed that massively. He is pivotal for how Dyche wants us to play - despite his lack of talent on the ball. One mistake from pressing them high is the type of thing that can totally change the feeling of the crowd. Under the lights at Goodison that bit of aggression and keeping the ball up the other end of the pitch is exactly what we want.

Well not only do we have some tough games our momentum has totally shifted. Even if everyone was ready and A okay to play next game we don’t have the same confidence or form going into it. We went from playing above our station to real relegation bait. This is a bad time to struggle and lose players and there’s no guarantee anyone fixes it. That red card (and Onana going down) might have genuinely done us in.

Ok I’m gonna change the narrative. We finished the last 15 minutes of the game with ten men against a team with confidence with next to no pressure and handled it comfortably. We’ve still got a good chance of getting out of this when the chips are down.
