My thoughts are that he comes in to partner Gomes behind Sig whilst Gbamin gets used to the league off the bench. The option to play all 3 and drop Sig is there and then by next summer maybe we’ve phased Sig out to play Doucoure, Gbamin & Gomes together with Gomes playing the deep playmaker role and the other two bombing around?

As it stands this one makes no sense. Surely he'd be a starter and surely going by the money we spent Gbamin is also a starter? Does Gomes or Siggy get dropped or a complete reshuffle where we see Bernard dropped and Richy and Kean out wide with Siggy as a false 9? Feel like it might be a blag rumour

I think that's how you have too look at it mate, and why it wouldn't make sense for him because would he come knowing that he would not be guaranteed first team footy week in, week out. That's okay if it's Man City etc coming in for you.
