Genuinely don't understand him as a player. Can be so frustrating to watch do the simplest things but under Dyche just seems to be involved with every goal. I never would've expected him to pick that pass to Gueye.

He has shown he can pass, control the ball and shoot. He doesn't have the technique to do those things consistently but he's been a prem midfielder for a decade so despite what the clowns in here would have you believe, he's not a divison 2 player. What he does have consistently is remarkable fitness and a great attitude.

Luckily we have a wealth of those waiting in the wings

Gets plenty of stick but he's the major scoring threat in away games like this.

So he needs to stay in for aways v bottom half. Perhaps as season goes on he becomes more of a plan B option at Goodison as I want to see Danjuma actually starting games at some point this season and feels like at home is less risky given he won't track back as much.
