Christ I didn't even know this match was being played.
Boss fan me.
Don't worry mate I was watching The Apprentice instead of this, you can join my crap fan group
I'm sorry but this is surely nonsense. He was the commentators motm and probably mine too. The commentators also took it upon themselves to mention his high pass-rate which was there for all to see. I mean we're talking what, 5-7 misplaced passes and 80-90% passing accuracy and you think this equals "so many misplaced passes". You're right that he somewhat faded at the end which accounted for a couple in succession but did you forget the other 80 minutes where he played many a cross-field beauty. Must have been watching a different game, sir.
I love the way you all bicker over perceived performances post game lids.
Guys, I just looked at the Premier League table, we've got zero points like everyone else - it's mid-summer, tomorrow we have the start of an Ashes Lord's Test and the opening round of The Open, plus people in grave danger from the extreme heat being experienced in the South-East  - let's relax and enjoy the summer............
donations welcome for the "keep fozzy cool fund"
Most distincitive thing for me in the two games is the split centre backs with a DM dropping in and FBs pushing on when we have the ball. That is basically 3 at the back - massive change in our system right there.
I didn't see the game, was it effective and did it seem natural to the players??
I suppose its a good opposition to try it against.
Clearly it suited Coleman far better than Hibbert, Oviedo and Baines both suited it as did Felli and Gibson. Jags ability on the ball could be a real issue in this system, especially against opposition more capable of applying pressure to itI didn't see the game, was it effective and did it seem natural to the players??
