well he has got his punishemnt in view of what the FA says he should get so im not arguing about that.

regarding his goal celebration then im sure city will appeal whatever they throw at city/adebayor because he got a yellow card for it which means if the FA try to give him some other punishment then they will have to rewrite there books because he has alerady got his punishment for that with a yellow card which rightly or wrongly the ref had given him.

and yes he will miss the manchester derby which is a big loss to us because our only fit striker is everyones favourite player craig bellamy

Can see a fine hitting him over the celebration. Cant do anything to him on the pitch, but off it they could. That's happened to plenty of players in the past.

Similar point. Saha lashed a fist at a cheating AEK player tonight. Regardless the AEK sh!thouse cheat, Saha cannot act like that and deserves his suspension and possibly a club fine for violent conduct, game into disrepute, and personal behaviour reprimand resulting in two week fine. Really soured a good night, and the player that went down had been fishing since the coward that kicked out at Distin got his red card. Supposed top be a professional, not a delinquant. He only raised his hands, mate. Barely burshed his chin. You cant raise your hands, and he looked like he recieved the fist of death to the face, so in the rules I agree, he should go.

But there has been plenty of times in the Prem where players have raised their hands and only got either a warning or booking. Remember Hibbert grabbing Clichy around the throat and almost choking him last season? Booked. Nothing else.
