He was handled badly and we will never see his potential at Everton, it's a shame. I can see both sides of it, we were a mess last year but also Fat Sam benched him after good performances such as the derby and he got loaned out to RB when Sam wanted him to go to Derby that was the first sign he wanted to a control his own career.He enjoyed his time in Germany was used correctly, now he wants to go back there. On the other hand he wasn't ready to start week in week out in a struggling team either so he and his agent are slightly over rating him. But I still have little doubt he will end up playing for England and in the CL because of his ability and we will end up regretting his departure. Also it leaves us with little depth on the wings if he goes, but it seems his mind his made up and his attitude is a little questionable, I never bought his 'injury.' So I presume he will be sold for around 25 million with a sell on if we are wise.
