Exactly, these German clubs have obviously decided that tapping up English youngers , developing them and selling them is the way to go. Reece oxford, the striker from RS there are many more examples of German clubs trying to loan kids and tap them up when they are there and try and unsettle players to reduce the fee. I’d tell RBL to do one and tell lookman that the only way he is moving is if they pay the fee we want. I’d reporr RBL and would make everyone aware of how we are handling it so it doesn’t happen again. If they want him fine, pay the correct fee, don’t loan him , blow smoke up his arse then tryget him to force a move .

For me if they Leipzig want him that bad then they should be told the fee is 20 mill up nothing less.and give them a time limit.

Disapointed if true... but at least Everton have said "We want you".

There's no desperation to sell, so I guess if he goes... then we all know it's Lookman who has basically kicked off about moving.

It is tapping up if they tell him they want him and tell him to throw his toys out of the pram to get a reduced fee. Which would be quite easy to do when he’s there on loan. Publicly speaking about itvand saying he is coming Etc... we offered Watford 12m compo for Silva and we didn’t even take him, he didn’t resign , got sacked and we are still in crap apparently , so Why can RBL act like this and get their own way with no come back?

They even tweeted and included his Twitter handle(if that’s the term!). If that’s not tapping up I don’t know what is!!

Our window closes earlier then Germany so I think if he isn't sold during our window then I can't see why we should sell him if we can't find a replacement or have to buy in January to cover him

We have Bolasie, Mirallas and Vlasic who can play his position but we will hopefully know when the squad numbers are out

I’m not long woken up and my throughts, once semi conscious, turned to transfers and I think the exact same on Lookman. Take the Barca approach to potential and future proof the deal as much as possible. The lack of noise around Lozano since we were first said to be interested has me hoping that he could still be an option, however it’s a very slim hope at that.
