Agreed but he could have come on for Niasse/DCL if we managed to shuffle things around a little. I know it's a pipe dream but would like to see him again AFTER his time in Germany as I was not too impressed with him before that.

We looked pretty nervey at 2-1 though, would you have trusted him to help see a game out? Not sure I would.

I want him to stay, but if he does go, then it's not like we don't have the personnel on the wings already (Richarlison, Bernard, Walcott), and then you can throw in DCL, Sandro and Bolasie (big question marks over the last two I know) who can play wide as well.

Not really bothered if he goes now or not. Richarlison and Walcott are way ahead of him, and i’m sure Bernard will be ahead of him in the pecking order too. Then there’s Calvert Lewin who is a decent option and Onyekuru to come in next year when we’re in the champions league.

We don’t need him, and if his attitude is off then we’d be better then off getting shut of him.

Yes and no

Silva said he wanted two players for each position - for the wide players we currently have Richarlison, Walcott, Bernard and Lookman - think we are all fairly happy with that

DCL is a striker and shouldn't be considered a wide player (IMO), whilst Bolasie and Sandro don't appear to have a future here

I'd have said that selling Lookman for £30m would be good business before the window closed if we were able to replace him with a player who could have a future here. As it is, Onyekuru could fit that description, but we won't see him here until next season at the earliest. Selling Lookman now leaves us short of quality in my humble opinion. Nobody wants to see Sandro or Bolasie this season.
