Oh let's see the times he got proper gametime. Do you not consider what he did, 5 goals and 4 assists in 11 games for a team that in 17/18 would've beaten us 10-0, as proving himself? Because if not you've either never watched RBL or you're holding some weird grudge against him.

Silva said he wanted two players for each position - for the wide players we currently have Richarlison, Walcott, Bernard and Lookman - think we are all fairly happy with that

DCL is a striker and shouldn't be considered a wide player (IMO), whilst Bolasie and Sandro don't appear to have a future here

I'd have said that selling Lookman for £30m would be good business before the window closed if we were able to replace him with a player who could have a future here. As it is, Onyekuru could fit that description, but we won't see him here until next season at the earliest. Selling Lookman now leaves us short of quality in my humble opinion. Nobody wants to see Sandro or Bolasie this season.

Pretty much this. Bolasie and Sandro should not even be in our thinking apart from how we can offload them before the window shuts.

If we sell Lookman we are left with 3 who can play wide, so we're one injury away from having no bench cover.

If Lookman really wants out, we need to tell all parties a deal will have to wait until January when we can bring in a replacement. Lozano.
