By anyone's definition he is not proven. It is not possible to be proven after the amount of games he has played. How he has performed in another league does not really have any bearing in how he does in this league either. Funny part is you are actually trying to start an argument here on if Lookman is good enough or not when I have never once said he isn't.

Oh let's see the times he got proper gametime. Do you not consider what he did, 5 goals and 4 assists in 11 games for a team that in 17/18 would've beaten us 10-0, as proving himself? Because if not you've either never watched RBL or you're holding some weird grudge against him.

I want lookman to stay but why are you making out like RBL are some amazing team they play in a league with Bayern an dortmund who finished 4th an no one else really counts because Bayern normally win it at a canter anyways an ad for beating Everton 10 0 we was shocking last year but man city didn't beat us 10 0 Liverpool didn't beat us 10 0 no one in the prem did so why would a German team that got shown up in the champions league beat us 10 0. It would be nice for the kid to stay he clearly has talent an if silva has said he is part of his plans an he still wants to go there isn't much we can do about that except wait out for the offer we want this is all speculation of course but there isn't smoke with out fire.

You're acting as though everyone has the same definition of a word. Sorry but your concepts aren't concrete. If you think he's good enough you have a funny way of insinuating that as your general tone seems to be he isn't.

Apparently it does to RBL. Some euro twitter account said they only have so much that they can spend and have to choose between Lookman and another target. Pretty sure the amount they can spend is less than what we're asking too.

I have to say I think this situation is different. RBL quite obviously want him, which wasn't the case with 2 of the players you've used as examples, and we know they have definitely put in formal bids. The fact that they've said they won't give up suggests that we haven't given them a categorical no, and our decision not to give Lookman a single minute of football when he may be looking for assurances that he'll play tells me that we're open to selling him if our valuation is met. Whether that will happen is another matter, but in my opinion it seems fairly clear that this deal will go ahead if RBL meet a valuation that we gave them at the start of the summer.

Didn't RBL finish 6th last year? In a terrible leauge And get knocked out of the champions leauge in the group stages? Getting beat 3-1 by porto away? The same porto that got gangbanged by liverpool? The same liverpool we played 3 times last season, drew 2 and lost 1 2-1 but you think RBL would smash us 10-0? You're off your head mate city didn't even beat us 10-0 ffs.

I've watched quite the bit of German football over the year's and it is without a doubt the worst standard of the four big leauges. It's just became one of those hipster things from what I can tell to make out like it's some amazing leauge when it's not.

Anyway I'm not arsed about the little snot now, gotten board of it. Whatever happens happens, he's gotten potential but has done sod all in this leauge. Also most of his goals and assist came from playing through the middle at RBL.
