Walcott had a poor game today but come on lads.....lookman isn't anywhere near Walcotts quality just yet.

Agreed. Walcott stretched palace all game. Was dangerous without producing but that happens some games. Another day he would have notched a couple today. I am happy that we have lookman coming on and making an impact but let’s not carried away.

I loved how he would try and beat his man, lose it, win it back and then pick the right pass. He sent some no mark to the shops and got clipped to win the free kick that then got cleared for him to put his peach of a ball in for dcl to head.

Kid is class. Made up for him.

Theo was poor. Miss when one on one was unbelievable.

I may agree with that, but Lookman needs more game time Walcott could have been subbed earlier today....

Agree that Walcott could have been subbed earlier today. Lookman does need more game time but not at the expense of currently better players. Up to Lookman to take his chances when coming on as sub and hopefully before long it will be too difficult to drop him.

He did well and it was a lovely ball in for DCL but he also gave the ball away 3 or 4 times with sloppy passes. Let’s not get carried away. He needs eased in over time and to gain minutes with cameos like this as performing from the start for 90 mins is very different to coming on for 10 mins when the opposition are tired

Coleman and walcott are overlaping, Silva knows this, it's not science,we are not assembled very well..Lookman is like watching gheorge Hagi, he's class

Excellent cross for the first goal, it was probably the first bit of genuine quality in the match.

Saw him posting positively on social media this week, really good to see him knuckling down and wanting to take his opportunities for us after the summer.

Great cross, the type that creates many goals, and he actually did a good job defensively as well. If he can do more of that, and less of the giving the ball away hes prone to he could cause problems next season.
