It was a superb ball in for DCL, made up he was able to make an impact.

Even his strength on the ball and in the tackle in his brief time on the pitch looked good.

Could make a difference at United if Theo is off the boil again.

He's better on the left for me, as he's not especially quick, yet is a bit more technical and so has the ability to cut inside to cross and shoot, so I don't think he's an alternative to Walcott. It's the same reason I wouldn't want to see Bernard on the right. I think to play there, you need to be as quick as Walcott or a Salah-style left footer.

He certainly will need to show more than one decent cameo to warrant dropping one of our forwards to accommodate him. Bench option for now. And that's totally fine.
