I don’t think it’s a case of him never fancying him I think it’s more the fact he doesn’t do a great deal in training. I remember silva saying as much. You never know we might just have an upgrade ready and waiting for this deal. Actually this is Everton and it never works like that

This may be a reason why for the add ons too, if their sell on only relates to the initial fee. Doubt it works like that actually, because we could agree for him to go for £1, then £22m after a day.

Silva said he’s lazy and crap in training. Therefore he must be lazy and crap in training.

Mad that people blindly accept what he says as “fact” rather than:

A) Silva’s subjective perception / opinion of AL (which may differ from others)
B) Silva pushing an agenda that he’s lazy as the reason he isn’t playing him, so fans are more willing to blame the player when he inevitably leaves - rather than questioning the mismanagement of a quality young player.

It is wild how people have taken the coaching cliche Silva used about needing to do more in training to play as absolute gospel that justifies the kid never getting chances. But you're right it is easier for everyone to blame the guy leaving and not have to blame the club for the three year management clown show.

Well there has been 4 managers who haven’t fancied him at all so there must be some truth in it.

I would suspect that when you have one manager not fancying a player they are saying it as you say for the fans to turn on the player but when four managers have gave him a wide birth I would think he is lazy and crap in training

Think the answer might be that 3 managers haven't played him much so they must see something amiss in him or he would be a regular now.

Seems that way which is a crying shame. To go from a park at 16 to playing premier league football and acting like a spoilt brat is ridiculous but good luck to the lad

It's crazy that people are completely in agreement that the Koeman and Allardyce were complete dog turd as managers and will use their decisions as evidence that Lookman is no good.

1 useful manager doesn't like him and the jury is still out on Silva in all honesty. Meanwhile the RBL managers have had no issues.

OK mate.......do you fancy the job when Silva has gone because you seem like you know better than them and everyone else. Maybe you should extract yourself from your own anus slighty to get a better view
