Regardless of whether Lookman becomes a star or not Bernard will never be good enough for a top 6 side as a starter. Arsenal just signed Pepe (22 goals last season) and that’s the standard for CL football, wingers must have end product and Bernard doesn’t possess that

We will see, I suspect the plan is to replace Bernie anyway this summer, I mean that would seem to be the plan.

So suspect he will be very much back up this season if the recruitment goes well.
