Had a bit of a 'mare in the first half, but was much better in the second.

All good experience for the lad though, and probably shows why Koeman's favoured DCL over Koeman because, even if DCL has been poor, he's still been able to make a nuisance of himself.

Ademola's time will likely come though, but people need to be patient and not expect world-beaters to just turn up without going through the learning curve.

Yeah felt he changed his game considerably second half..

Got crowded out every time he got the ball, clearly targeted by Split after his performance in the first leg. Rightly subbed but I wouldn't be too downbeat if I was him, still tried.

Flair players are inconsistent. Very young ones more so. Just as likely to completely tear it up next game. They doubled up on him tonight and he didn't know how to handle it. As long as he learns from it that's the main thing. Right decision to take him off at half time, but let's be honest, the very experienced player who replaced him wasn't a whole lot better.

absolutely fella, Lennon (an experienced pro winger/flair player) looked OK for the first 5 or ten minutes after coming in then faded away, it wasn't a game for wide flair players.

Young kid hasn't might need a bit of a rest after playing in the world cup to freshen himself up, going to be a good player, tonight just wasn't his night it happens to most kids at that age.

Personally I thought given that this was an away fixture with only a 2-0 lead, Koeman should've went with a bit more experience away from home.

Both Lookman and DCL couldn't get into their stride, Mirallas and Lennon needed game time and would've offered more.

Lookman wasn't helped by some of the passing last night on a ropey pitch either.

Good player, bad game now move on
