Bet my life if you put him in the arsenal side he’d look a lot better. We’re everton, we’re not a good side for young flair players.

Stones went to City off the back of his play here, Deulofeu is at Barca, Rooney went to United, Barkley was almost at Chelsea, Davies was great last year, Lookman has had game time.

Contrast with Wilshere rotting in Arsenal’s reserves, Walcott who never improved, Oxlade Chamberlain went backwards, and how about the countless kids Wenger has had who have done nothing.

There’s a lot of things we can rightly bash Everton about but handling of young players is not one of them.

Del was a flop here, let’s be honest

Stones isn’t a flair player, neither is Davies

Barkley has bombed relative to his potential and was struggling to even get game time last time he was fit

Lookman has had hardly any minutes

We've always had a bad habit of ignoring the left side since Baines has declined. If Rooney/Sigurdsson weren't auto selected every game, I would give he/Vlasic/Mirallas a go in the middle where they will see more of the ball.

If as people say, he was coming off the bench, then he should do it regularly, and that would give him confidence, some form, fitness and coordination with the other players. THen we'll start seeing something special from him. Also, he should be hooked up with his England U21 and our own U23 players whom he knows - DCL, Davies, Dowell when he's back ,then we'll also start seeing good form and teamwork .

Way to diss all our young talent.

And Del a flop?

Not on yer nelly.

Woefully wasted when playing great by late era Martinez (IMO Bobby blamed him for the John Terry equaliser) and hardly played him after January.

When he came on in the second half at Wembley he single handedly dragged us back into the game.

Then Moonhead played him as a lone striker and criminally sent him packing even after Bolassie was injured and we were struggling for wide men.

Furthermore, I think many would agree that but for the injury versus Stoke (or was it Fulham) in the December of 2013, we would have nailed that CL spot, such was the electrifying form he was in at the time.

Oh how we could be doing with that "flop" right now :(

Stones, Del, Lukaku and Barkley all our finest talents in the last 5 years. All blown by Koeman. Thank goodness, his not around anymore to destroy Lookman as well.

And LOL @ Del a flop.

yeah it was Fulham, hamstring went as did our top 4 chances, the game before he won it on his own forcing the own goal against sunderland for 1-0, and his equaliser against arsenal that shut gary Neville up, sublime
