Niasse has also scored 2 in a game for us, means nothing.
Fact is, the only times he (Lookman) has impressed is as a sub, everytime he has played more than 20 mins he has looked very average, hence why he rarely starts.
I know people will want to deny this but trust me it is true, our new saviour is not ready to play to start in the prem, this is why no managers start him.
He is a great prospect but not the answer to our woes.

It’s unlikely to happen as it would be too difficult to make work, but next season I’d love to see a “ front three” of Lookman, Onyekuru and Bolassie. Imagine actually passing the ball out to one of these three instead of just hoofing it hopefully towards our striker .
He’s still got a lot to learn , and it’s hard to disagree with the view that he finds it more difficult to make an impact when he starts compared to coming on late and running at a tiring defence. He’ll get better and better though.

At the moment I feel he is only an impact player, does really well when the opposition is tired. To be a regular he needs to impose himself on a game from the start, no doubt there is quality there though just hope he's not another Deulofeu.
