We're in the process of migrating to a new ad partner.

Please bear with, it'll take me a little while to fine tune placements/user permissions to get the ads as you expect/become used to.

[Update] After a 2 week trial, we binned the new ad partner and went back to the one we've used for 6 years. There has been no changes.

Thanks. I've told the ad agency before to block these and they have - assume they're using another ad network/URL to get around. Will flag

Shouldnt be any video ads or anything that slows the forum down - actually spending a good few bob on ensuring the site is quick (server/caching software) etc so we don't want ads letting us down.

That's not a video ad is it? Doesn't look it/I've not had that one so can't tell.

(Btw, there's a sub to remove all ads, and all subs has the bottom stuck one removed - never usually mention them with regards to ads but you mentioned slower internet issues. Appreciate you could just reach for adblock too like...).

Certainly animated. Been a little better last day or two but starting up again

These large ads in the middle of scrolling through a thread are a nuisance

I've noticed an annoying intrusion with the ads at the bottom of the screen @GrandOldTeam

First off, they appear over what I'm typing ... as if I don't make enough typos ffs. So I have to stop and scroll.

Second off, when I jab "post reply" often the ad pops up and I end up opening their Web page instead. I then have to search back to find my carefully crafted soliloquy before it's lost to the ethers. It causes stress. As if Everton aren't doing enough already.

Samsung Internet on android like.
