Frank seems to be getting his life back on an even keel, and is in a much better place, physically and mentally, than he has been for years.

Early days for him, and there'll likely be setbacks on the way, but he's acknowledged his problems and is trying to do something about them.

To be fair there were a lot of people rooting for Frang -look at the HGV thread (I'll say for sure I wasn't one of them) - and at least @roydo gave him a massive number of chances. But good luck to him.

Butters on the other hand has posted years of racist or eugenics themed content. No chances there.
