Frank seems to be getting his life back on an even keel, and is in a much better place, physically and mentally, than he has been for years.

Early days for him, and there'll likely be setbacks on the way, but he's acknowledged his problems and is trying to do something about them.

Can I just say though although I'm not Frang and have no idea who he is or why he was banned, going off this post the guy seems to have issues and yet others on here think it's "cool" to take the piss. Think the guy is better off banned away from the forum "bullies"

Somebody above mentioning him sharing Yaxley Lennon nonsense on twitter confirms that for me.

Understandable why he was banned bringing them views onto a football forum, and maybe bullying was too strong of a word. However, just seems a little sad taking the Mickey out of someone with issues in my opinion

To be honest though, when the guy mentioned having issues I thought he meant alcoholic/mental/drug issues of some sort not just issues on his views haha!;
