Mate, the anglicised version of the original Irish Ó hUbain is Hoban. If the player used the Irish version then fine. Another tiny matter that really should not make me cross.

Gowran Park is always pronounced Goh-ran. In Irish it's Gabhrán.

Just reading up on the Stephen O Donnell issue. I was astonished to see his refusal to shake hands with a Pat's official after the game. I must have been asleep but apparently Pat's took High Court action when he left for Dundalk after winning the Cup for Pat's.

Flipping hell. Life is too short lads. Just glad Rovers gave me, very late again, something to smile about.
