Lads can we argue the points rather than arguing with each other...
Unfortunately we can't argue the points of the suggested Kitbag 'balls up' unless we have details of this 'balls up', which Davek is reluctant or unable to provide, despite saying that there were details available.I do not know of any 'balls up' with Kitbag, although there is always varying opinion about a business decision even one that turned a merchandising loss into an albeit limited profit. I'll let Davek off the hook(lets face it we won today)...does anyone else have details of a Kitbag 'balls up'(Daveks words)...not an opinion on the deal...evidence of a 'balls up'...thats a different thing altogether.

It was an almighty balls up. I'm surprised your good friend Bill allowed Elstone to stay after that giveaway of the century. The last time a deal like that was cut in the City of Liverpool Alan Williams handed over The Beatles to Brian Epstein.

Guys if you want to continue arguing with each other can you do so by PM, I have already requested that we argue points not argue with each other - besides anything else the subject of your argument is not relevant to the thread topic.

OK....I'll pm Davek for the facts, and then put them out on here in a new thread .
