Good young player who needs to improve and who knows he may do it here.
He’s a better player than Lookman any way.
Will he help fire us into the top six this season? Nah. But then it’s unlikely we’ll be any closer to the top six this season anyway.

Iwobi has impressed me more than he has disappointed me when I have saw him.
He has good tenacity and good ball skills and likes to brings others into the game that are in better positions than him to do something.
I’m not unhappy about this deal at all, the opposite in fact (not so happy about the fee).

Reckon he’ll be an excellent and valuable decision to the squad. I can see him flourishing outside of Arsenal/London.

Unfortunately, I think most of us had our expectations raised by the Zaha saga, anything else could be seen as underwhelming, I think Iwobi will prove to be a very good signing.

We only ever put one bid in for him. 52 million. In reality, and comparing him to other transfers, 55-60 is about right for him. I for one, am glad my club did not fork out 80 or higher. And, unlike many others, Im willing to give Iwobi a chance to prove himself.

Apologies if it's already been posted. Nothing like Walcott this lad. He actually has some footballing ability. Not sure about consistent end product yet but loads of scope to develop further from a very decent starting point, he definitely shouldn't be getting written off.

He reminds me of a Leon Osman type player in so much he is a ball carrier, will take the ball in awkward positions tight to the touchline and look to move us up the pitch. Also, I think he will divide opinion amongst the fans as to exactly how effective he is at this. If you had asked me at the start of the window would I even be talking about him, I'd be the same as everyone else, he is just another player at another team for whom I had little opinion of. Its a signing that doesn't exactly excite me, but equally it could be very shrewd if his qualities are much greater than I've seen to date. Its up to him now to prove his quality on the pitch and show he deserves a shirt in the First Team. He's our player now and hope he goes on to have a really successful career with us.

Last 3 seasons played over 80 games. Only scored 9 goals. Pfft. 40 million makes me cringe. Was this Brands masterplan then? Hopefully I'm proved a fool as if the boy gets 9 next season he will be a huge asset....

Tierney is nailed on to be top class. He is better than Robertson. I can only see them being better now Emery has had a year to bed in. He is a top-class, proven coach.

We seem weaker in some positions than last season, which does not bode well for a top six push.
