You can see he is much more confident, the amount of times he got the ball and cut in field, opening the game up, was a joy as to me it showed he wasn’t shirking responsibility and simply passing the ball five yards to get rid like a ticking time bomb. Game time has definitely helped him grow.

What I like about him is he sees the harder pass. His transition play is really good. He moves us up the pitch pretty quickly.

I don’t really expect him to be good at crossing if I’m honest. He’s not really a winger. But he can cause a lot of issues coming inside. And when we have width from a full back (holgate is fairly good getting forward I think but he’s still a CB) then he’ll be even effective.

Glad he's showing us reasons why we forked out on him. Hopefully this is an upturn in fortunes for him. Always worried that either a) he's another 'hot and cold' player where he will have 5-7 good games on the spin and then subsequently poor outside that patch, or (and less worrying) b) he's significantly better when we play teams who don't sit back in 2 banks of 4 & want us to break them down.

Anyway, really pleased for him.

He's been impressive for a few games now. You can see his confidence has grown.

I hope that not only just his form continue but he grows into a better player long term.

He is working hard for the team and you can tell he listens to the managers tatics. even last game while sig pushed up i saw iwobi push into midfield to make it a 3 with allan dacoure. Been really impressed with him even when played as rwb would like him to add some goals ro his game

Great to see him finally finding some form after a poor start to his Everton career. I’d like to see him used more centrally ahead of Sigurdsson or Gomes & get Gordon out wide for some pace.
