Yeah, I genuinely think if he can improve his delivery that he would be a class player, though I already think he’s a pretty good player who just seems to be improving under Carlo

The biggest change he has made is he starts his runs from deeper. Credit to Carlo if Alex keeps it up because he seems to have found a way to keep Iwobi from getting isolated on the wing.

I remember when we signed him lots were talking about his ability to carry the ball up the pitch to relieve some pressure. Finally starting to see it from him and benefit from it now.

Alex has done well. He needs to avoid old habits and keep up what he is doing. He is not a player that can stand around and ask it to feet. He is better receiving it on the run

At right back I’m not sure end product is the priority - which is a good thing in his case

I like the player he’s developing into. Players can go into their shells after the deserved criticism. The right was a weak position for us for a while but his crosses are getting better as well as carrying the ball up. Time to start bagging some goal Alex, he is capable
