The level I'm holding them to is would they get regular games for most of the teams we want to compete with. The answer is a major no on Holgate and probably no on Godfrey because he has no ball playing skill.

Basically Richarlison's difference is the ball went in a bit more with us. If you want to call that major development go ahead, I see the exact same player. If I wanted a different role in a company I worked for I'd speak to my manager. They'd probably say something like" improve productivity in your current role by 10%, prove you've got the desire and work ethic and then we'll review it in a month or so". Then you maybe do really well at full back and end up playing centre half, literally at the same club!!
