A right footed winger (he's played as a winger his entire career) should still be able to control and pass a ball.

Oh I agree, as I say he was dreadful but he shouldnt be playing there in the first place and he constantly wants to come infield so is easily read.

Give him a chance LW or sell. If he's still as crap LW then sell. I dont want to see him at RW or RWB again its a horrible experiment

There's no point in playing him. He offers nothing.

Even when he did have a little burst of speed tonight he overplayed a pass backwards into the centre of the pitch and had the opposition attacking us.

It was pretty obvious that his teammates thought twice about utilizing him, we attacked down that flank when Coleman came on - and with success.

It's hyperbole to suggest I'd rather play a traffic cone instead of him. But at least I couldn't question the effort, mentality or quality of a traffic cone.

He’s just not good enough I’m afraid. Quick feet, great physique quite quick, but, he just isn’t a good player. He has all the attributes and occasionally flatters to deceive but, overall saying he is average is being very kind to him.

If we’d paid about 10 million for him, you could make a case for him being a decent squad filler, but, 30 million plus, Brands must have been stoned.
