What your talking about is agenda.

You have an agenda against Gomes, you will deny it, but its there.

Most of us have an agenda against Iwobi.

Sure some people judge players on race, but you cant label us all goose stepping nazis.

But what influences the agenda?

I don't really think I have an agenda against Gomes, I mean this was February:

Go watch the highlights. I remember right now Gomes not closing down a volley from Henderson because he wasn't arsed.

I don't think Gomes is lazy either, just bad. And I don't think Iwobi has ever been lazy, just playing poorly. Right now he isn't even doing that.

I'm not even really saying he's good at the moment, just that I think he tries.

I'll be honest he's quickly approaching Bernard myth territory. But I think his poor play is too obvious for fans to keep rating him.

Everyones sees the game and players differently of course but i really dont see what your saying about Iwobi, especially when playing premier league opposition. Tbe only time iv seen him have half decent games has been in the Carabao against League one opposition, that in itself tells me everything i need to know about Iwobi. Would love to be proved wrong but i think he'll be sold in the next 2 windows

The undertones are there. You can decide they are wrong or don't exist or whatever makes you and everyone else feel good.

And he's been crap at times. But never lazy and never not trying. The funny part of course this season and today he's been average at worst.

The undertones are not there at all. Any opinion on here about any of our players is based on the writers judgement of the player as a footballer and nothing else. The only unsavoury aspects to this conversation are your comments,or at least the implication behind them.

Yes.

He's got 3 games (presumably) to make his mark now. I doubt he ends up keeping Richarlison out long term but I still think moving him into Gomes position could make some sense.

Who plays in Richarlisons position then? No way iwobi is getting a game in central midfield.
