Iwobi is a young ,international, Premiership footballer earning millions every year.

What he is not doing is delivering fully on the talent that he has.
We can only hope this manager can get more out of him.

It means the square sum of sod all if you're about as effective as Tony Hibbert in applying them in an actual game.

He's 25. He's not young. He's at an age as a professional footballer you're either an important 1st team player playing every week or good squad player in a better side. He's only got realistically another 5 years and his career is basically over.

He's never played regular football every week and if he's not the finished article by now, he's never going to be.

So deeply entrenched is their opinion there is no way back.

I'm on the fence with him. A consistent Iwobi would be a great asset to have in the squad. It seems Arsenal gave up on his consistency (or we offered enough to convince them), let's see if he can develop with a notoriously detailed coach.

Iwobi has many talents can't think what though. Shame we didn't send him back due to old bill losing the receipt

You can have all the skills in the world and be a training pitch champion but it counts for nought if you can't do it in an actual match and Iwobi can't, doesn't even look tricky or like he can beat a man half the time.
