All Aboard the Sizeable Samuel Gravy Train!

Will Sizeable Samuel keep West Brom up this year?

  • He's Sam. Of course they will stay up

  • He has bitten off more than he can chew

  • Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy! Gravy!

  • I hope the Fat Blert goes down faster than yer Ma on my Birthday

  • Who cares about West Brom anyway?

  • Give him a wafer thin mint, he's done.

If the big six (that's including Spurs) all got deducted 30 points, Big Sam would claim it as his victory.

And who could begrudge this one against the odds. It'd be better than when he took lowly Everton from relative safety and mid-table obscurity to relative safety and mid-table obscurity.

Think that’s the end of him now. Everybody was willing to put up with horrible football based off the fact he’s never gone down. This one was definitely a tough task but he blew it. Same with Moutinho who had won trophies everywhere he went, can’t stand by that anymore either.

And all that took was spending 60 million and horrible long term contracts on Tosun and Walcott... what a manager
I actually don't mind those as players now they're elsewhere on loan. But we really have been wasteful with spending - staggeringly so.

I’d say yes, but the form towards the back end of the season suggests to me, that he may just stick around.

Im certain hell use the spell where they were tanking 4-5 goals at home as a vantage that, “here’s how it started, here’s 7 clean sheets and results away to City, Chelsea and Liverpool.”

I thought this would be it, but it won’t be.

I have a feeling West Brom may task him with a promotion push next season.

Couple of sound Baggies I know reckon they were doomed from the off under Bilic and Allardyce has improved them as a unit ten fold. Style? No? Sense of purpose? Yes. Not up to them though, it'll be the board.

20 games 4 Wins 6 Draws 10 Losses

Form table those 20 games

16. Fulham 20 3 9 8 13:21 18
17. carToon 20 4 6 10 19:32 18

18. WBA 20 4 6 10 20:38 18
19. SheffU 20 5 1 14 11:32 16
20. Soton 20 3 4 13 16:41 13

So not made too much difference then.

Leaves in the summer and re-'retires'.

Wouldn't be shocked if he pops up in international management with some oil-rich country. Either way his legacy is forever set, bang-average manager who achieved largely nothing.
